We will aim to send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 28 days. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You may return items within 30 days of purchase only if they are unused and unsoiled with original tags and packaging. Items are returned at the customer own expense We recommend that items are returned using a tracked delivery service. This will help you ensure the item is received by us .When returning faulty or incorrect items we can refund up to a Maximum of £6.00 in postage costs. For this, a receipt of postage must be provided.We aim to process refunds within 10 working days. Please note that refunds can potentially take an additional 3-4 working days to appear in your account.
