A sturdy stainless steel stirrup which looks like a normal iron but has a rubber release tube integrated into its construction
The tube is held in place by two lugs and is designed to release in the event of a fall. The stirrup has an inbuilt backwards incline to help encourage the rider's foot into a 'heels-down' position and make it easier for the leg to rest in its most effective position. The stirrups are supplied with Mountain Horse's Stirrup Control System 3 Grip treads.
These stirrups are perfectly suited for use with normal riding footwear but the full benefits of the SCS3 system are gained when used with SCS3 boots. ***SOLD OUT AND DISCONTINUED BY MOUNTAIN HORSE SOLD OUT ***
